So as far as the standard Speedies are concerned, movements may not be the determining factor causing Omega to change the PIC from 3590 to 3570. But there are a couple of other differences between the 3592.50 and the 3572.50 display back models. A traditional Speedy is my candidate for best chronograph out there. The Speedy Moonwatch gets my vote as the best chronograph as well. The vintage Speedy market is exploding. As the first watch worn on the moon you can make a strong argument that is the most historically important watch as well. The Omega Speedmaster Professional lands squarely between a high-end G-Shock and sport model Rolex in terms of price, looks fantastic, and has stood up to some of the most rigorous testing that any watch has ever been subjected to.
