The blue sunburst dial has a lot of character and the color changes from bright blue to almost black. Sorry never heard of a bluesy but do know the 16613 and 116613 blue dial submariner. That. And, the Rolesor ["two tone"] Sub with Blue bezel/dial (IMHO) is the most beautiful watch of the Rolex line.
